As a financial service provider, it is important for us to know our clients and to comply with regulatory requirements as well as responsible business practices. Given this, we need you to prove your identity to ensure that you are who you say you are. This helps us ensure that we avoid identity theft and keep your account safe in the future. We do not make any exceptions for anyone.
Please keep in mind that Xallet would never ask for your credit card details, social security number, password, or personal pin to verify your identity at any given time.

Xallet does not currently offer a non-custodial solution for its customers and does not hold custody of crypto assets. If you wish to transfer or trade crypto assets with the Xallet infrastructure please setup a personal wallet with the providers: Trust Wallet, Pier or Tangem.
For other wallet providers Xallet cannot guarantee that the whitelisting process will be successful due to internal management of wallet addresses, which can make it impossible to properly whitelist and identify an address holder’s identity and show their control over the respective wallet.
